| Terms and Conditions Opening Hours: Monday – Sunday 05:00 – 19:00 National Holidays & Company Holidays National Holidays are on request, but please inform us by noon, 12:00 on the prior working day. A 25 % Surcharge does apply for National Holidays. During company holidays we are closed. Surcharges We add a surcharge of 25 % for orders delivered outside of the time period 07:00 - 18:00, due to Swiss nightshift regulations. A 25 % surcharge also applies to same day orders, meaning orders that were sent after the opening hours. Rush and ASAP orders Orders received 6-2 hours prior to the delivery time, will be charged with a 50 % surcharge. Orders received 2 hours prior to the delivery time, will be charged with a 100% surcharge. General Delivery and Administration Fees CHF 65.00 for one delivery per order to the General Aviation Centre at Zurich-Airport or the FBO Execujet at Zurich-Airport CHF 38.00 for one delivery per order to the General Aviation Centre at Zurich-Airport or the FBO Execujet at Zurich-Airport, for those Clients who have joined our benefit program (Corporate Card). All other delivery locations will be charged according to the place of destination. Prices All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Euro price in the Web-Shop is only for information purposes. We use an average exchange rate. Conditions of Payment Except where any special accounting arrangements have been made by prior agreement with Corporate Catering, the company’s standard terms are strictly payment on receipt of order. Cash payments in foreign currencies (US Dollars, Euro etc.) are accepted according to the bank exchange rate of the day, this must be communicated in advance. All other payment methods that have been agreed on are only payable in Swiss Francs. Cancellation fees In the case of partial or full cancellation, non-refundable charges will be invoiced as follows: Orders cancelled on the prior working day until 18:00 or more prior to requested delivery time will only be charged for special items that were purchased for the flight. Any order cancelled after 18:00 on the prior working day will be payable in full. All cancellations must be made in writing to Corporate Catering. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Force Majeure The Corporate Catering company will not be under any liability whatsoever for non-performance or suspension of its obligation, in whole or in part, as a result, directly or indirectly, of any strike, fire, flood, inability to obtain material, traffic jam, accident, breakdown, war, insurrection, riot, bad weather conditions, government act or regulation, or any other cause (whether or not of a like nature) beyond the company’s control. In the event of cancellation by Corporate Catering, any sum that may have already been paid by the customer will be refunded. Data Protection All data given to us, such as your name, address etc. is solely used for processing your order. We do not disclose them to any third party. Arbitration In case of any objections, the “Commercial Court of Bülach” will be used for arbitration. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. |
